Sodepur Association for Helping and Rural Services Initiative (SAHARSI) is a registered society under West Bengal Act XXVI of 1961 and has been established for promoting the opportunities to work on various field level activities and programmes included generation of environmental awareness, building of people’s institution to initiate participatory planning and process for optimum use of natural resources, environment protection and socio-economic development of tribal and economically backward communities and protecting the rights for the children, women and person with disabilities not only in West Bengal but throughout the nation.
