    Mr. Avik Mukherjee, Engineer Graduate and Business analyst is a corporate executive and associated with social work for last few years. During his student life, he leads many welfare works in different areas and now decided to initiate welfare work through good organisation.

    Mr. Soumyajit Roy Barman is Engineering graduate and holding the position of top executive in a start-up company. Mr. Roy Barman has conducted various welfare works on behalf of many companies for last one decade. During his student life, he was also taking leading part in many social works in different areas and this motivates him to initiate welfare by creating good platform.

    Dr. Arun Kumar Banerjee

    Dr. Banerjee having three master degree (M.Sc., MBA, PGDRD), CAIIB, Ph.D. and a senior banker for more than two decade. He has also serve as professor of management in different institutes for more than two decade and presently associated as visiting professor in XAVIER Institute of Management, Jabalpur. He is associated with many social activities for a long time and decided to involve in welfare activities for rest of the life through this organization.

    Ms Dutta. born and bought up in the tea belt of North Bengal, secured her master`s degree and inclined towards the social activities since her college days. Being the resident of tea garden area she is well acquainted with the problem of the tea workers. She has taken the responsibility of North Bengal, especially Dooars area as its work platform.

    Mr. D. Saha is double master degree in management and tourism, associated with skill development activities of the students particularly in the North Bengal. Mr. Saha was also associated with academic institutes for many years and as a skill trainer, he has gained popularity amongst the student.

    Mr. Pal is a skill trainer and he has on hand trained so many workers in construction industry to create the livelihood. He is also engaged in many social work in North 24 District of West Bengal.s
